Hey there! I’m Allison Nimlos and I work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. I have lived with type 1 diabetes for 30+ years. I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.

My practice focuses on the intersection of diabetes management and mindset. I provide coaching and counseling services for people living with any type of diabetes.

When I’m not working, I spend time with my husband and three children. I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
